High Uric Acid???????

waaa nie yg tak dapat elak nie..



Emmm post entry kali nie aku nak cerita about Uric Acid.Aku post pasal nie pon atas sebab2 aku telah checked 2weeks ago my result for uric acid agak tinggi...10..mak datok...terkejut beruk juga...suddently naik tak tentu pasal...grrr...haha..what are u thinking if high uric acid level in your bloodstream?Definetly, On you mind will focus on seafood..so firstly im going to tell u what is uric acid? The molecul formula of uric acid is C5H4N4O3. It is catogorized of acidic which is can define with 5.4pH, by meaning that the more numbers above than 5.4 the acidic will be increased. :) so Nowadays we are facing about "GOUT".And the GOUT quite synonym with the Uric Acid.The small quantities are normally found in human blood; GOUT.An easy to say the GOUT is painful condition attacking the join and capillaries. The saturation level of uric acid in blood may result in one form of kidney stones when the urates crystallize in kidneys...wah then the XRAY and CT Scan will not trace the attending of uric acid but that presence can be diagnose by Ultrasound.

Gout can occur where serum uric acid levels are as low as 6 mg/dL (~357┬Ámol/L), but an individual can have serum values as high as 9.6 mg/dL (~565┬Ámol/L) and not have gout.

SO PANTANG MAKAN LER

Pantang makan..aduyai..usually Gout always related with seafood such as udang, sotong, ketam dan sewaktu dengannya....huk huk huk...yang best tu yang kena control...anyway aku pasti korang dah tentu sangat tak patuh dengan pengurangan makanan yang menaikkan selera nie...hahaha termasuk aku.Just to remind, balance kan ur meal dan berpada2...dah kena baru menyesal...padan muka hahahah.If im not mistaken uric asid will go out during urinary activity but some others remain then accumulate pada sendi2 tertentu..thats y ramai yang sakit sendi terutamanya...


APA REMEDYNYA???


Eh ada penawar ker? tentu adakan....apa ek?


1. Jangan terlalu hadap sangat dengan makanan yang berasidkan uric...hehe


2. Elakkan tinggal di kawasan yang boleh dan sangat senang menyumbangkan makananan yang berasaskan seafood nie...heheh..kalau nak pergi sekali sekala takpe..sabah byk seafood nie..huhu


3. Jauhkan pergi ke kedai makanan ala seafood..sebab lebih sangat tertumpu dengan makanan laut gamaknya...


4. Jangan terlalu taksub bila orang atau sesapa nak treat korang ke restoran seafood heheh


5. Lastly this is the low hirearcy that u must do if it comes worst............get the drugs to kill the pain......hahahahah.

    1 or 2 litre dlm sehari..salah satu penawarnya.
